Return Eligibility

Our return policy applies to all products purchased from Palmos, except for the "Diamond Necklace and Earrings" set. Due to the nature of this elegant jewelry set, we are unable to accept returns for it. However, if the set arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately.

For all other products, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that any items showing signs of damage or wear and tear will not be eligible for a return.

Return Process

If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 5 days of the purchase date to initiate the return process. You can reach us via email at support@palmos.com or by calling our toll-free number.
  2. Provide our customer support team with your order number and the reason for the return. Please note that the reason "didn't like the item/items" is not acceptable as it does not meet our return policy criteria.
  3. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  4. Package the item securely, including the return authorization number, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original payment method.

Exceptions

While we strive to provide the best possible return experience, there are a few exceptions to our policy:

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Items purchased during a promotional sale or with a discount code may be eligible for a return, but the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the discounted price.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
